We ship from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in the United States. Every parcel includes tracking. The table below summarises current delivery options; checkout always shows the exact cost and estimate for your address before you pay.

Processing time
Orders placed before 12:00 PT on a business day are usually packed the same day; otherwise the next business day. Weekends and US public holidays are not business days. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking link as soon as the label is created.
Tracking your order
Tracking links activate within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also view status at any time under My Account → Orders. If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, allow one business day for carrier scan errors, then contact us and we will open a carrier trace.
Canada: duties and taxes
Canadian orders are shipped under standard international terms. Any duties, GST/HST or brokerage fees assessed on import are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our checkout totals. We declare accurate commercial values on all parcels.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), we refund the product value minus actual shipping cost, or reship for the actual shipping cost — your choice. Please double-check your address at checkout; we cannot change it once a label is created.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a tracked parcel is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund it in full — including shipping — at no cost to you. Report damage within 7 days of delivery with a photo via the contact page.
Restricted destinations
We do not ship to PO boxes for courier services, nor to destinations under active trade restriction. Some botanical wellness items may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions; this is shown at checkout.
