Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to jurisdictions where a product is prohibited. Orders placed for a
restricted address are cancelled and refunded in full before dispatch. This page is updated as
the law changes — the list below reflects what we know at the date shown.
Why this page exists
Kratom alkaloid products are regulated differently in every jurisdiction, and the rules have
changed repeatedly over the past eighteen months. Several U.S. states prohibit these products
outright while others regulate them under a Kratom Consumer Protection Act. Because the
position changes quickly, we treat the destination address as the controlling factor and block
orders rather than resolve disputes after dispatch.
United States — states where kratom alkaloid products are prohibited
Publicly reported as banning kratom and its alkaloids outright include Alabama, Arkansas,
Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Vermont and Wisconsin. Additional states
have introduced emergency restrictions on concentrated 7-OH specifically, including Florida,
Ohio and Virginia, and Massachusetts issued an emergency order covering kratom products in
August 2026.
United States — restricted rather than prohibited
More than thirty states regulate these products under a Kratom Consumer Protection Act.
Typical requirements include 21+ age verification at the point of sale, third-party lab
testing, specific labelling, and limits on synthetic alkaloids.
Canada
Kratom and its alkaloids are not scheduled under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, but
Health Canada has not authorised them for sale as a natural health product, food or therapeutic
good. Products cannot lawfully be marketed for human consumption, and health claims are
prohibited under the Food and Drugs Act and the Natural Health Products Regulations. Shipments
presented as consumable goods may be refused by the Canada Border Services Agency. Orders
destined for Canada are supplied labelled not for human consumption / for laboratory
research use only.
Federal position
The DEA published notices of intent on 6 July 2026 to place 7-OH above a specified threshold,
together with mitragynine pseudoindoxyl, MGM-15 and MGM-16, into Schedule I. The temporary order
covering MP, MGM-15 and MGM-16 took effect on 26 August 2026. The order covering 7-OH itself was

How the block works
The restricted jurisdictions below are enforced automatically at checkout. We maintain a
dedicated shipping zone covering each of them with no shipping method attached, so when a
delivery address falls inside one of these states the checkout returns
no shipping methods available and the order cannot be completed. The block is checked
before payment, not after.

This list is reviewed against state legislation and federal rulemaking. It changes often, and
we update it as the law moves. If you believe a jurisdiction is listed in error,

Orders that cannot be fulfilled
Where an order is placed for an address we cannot ship to, it is cancelled and refunded in
full. We do not hold restricted orders pending a change in the law.
