Kream Ohmz Store sells botanical body care, bath and wellness-style cosmetic products. All products are sold as cosmetic or personal-care items. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no product we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Product descriptions explain what a formula is intended for in everyday cosmetic use only.
2. Eligibility

3. Orders, pricing and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable product taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, including for stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery to a restricted destination. If we cancel a paid order we refund you in full.
- Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment processors. We never see or store full card numbers.
4. Product information and accuracy
We work hard to keep ingredient lists, descriptions and photography accurate and current. Makers occasionally reformulate; the ingredient list printed on the product you receive is always authoritative. Colours may vary slightly between screens and batches because our products are made in small batches from natural materials.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the carrier-confirmed address you provided.
6. Returns and refunds
Our 30-day return window and the refund process are described in the Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your statutory rights (including any consumer cancellation rights in your jurisdiction) are unaffected.
7. Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under it. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to breach security, no uploading malicious code, no posting unlawful or abusive content in reviews or messages, and no republishing our product copy or photography without written permission.
9. Intellectual property
The site design, text, graphics and logo are owned by or licensed to Kream Ohmz Store. Product names and marks of our makers remain the property of their respective owners. You may share links to our pages freely; copying substantial content is not permitted.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site; our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order; and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). If a product causes a reaction, stop use immediately and consult a medical professional.
11. Patch testing and safe use
Botanical ingredients can cause sensitivity in some people. We recommend a patch test 24 hours before first use of any new product, and advise against use on broken skin. Keep products away from eyes unless labelled for eye use, and out of reach of children.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence (including Canada) provides otherwise, in which case those protections continue to apply to you.
